La Barossa villa rental details

Villa Romero
Villa Romero is a two bedroom villa with a private pool and landscaped garden. Great location in a cul de sac. A 15 minute walk through El Parc Publico to La Barrosa Beach. 20 minute walk to the centre of La Barrosa with wide choice of shops and bars. Short driving distance to commercial centre Novo Sancti Petri with bars and restaurants

The villa has two bedrooms one double with ensuite and one twin both have aircon.

There is a separte dining room which seats 6.

Outside
Villa Romero has its own private 7x4 pool, there is a shaded large stone dining table and chairs to seat 8. Garden furniture plus sunbeds.
Parking for one car with lockable gates.

The Area
The local bars and restaurants of La Barrosa and Novo Sancti Petri are all within a five minute drive or 20 minute walk from the villa.
The two golf golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri are within a five min drive. Another pitch and put course and two driving ranges are within ten min drive

The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.
