An attractive villa set in 1300 square metres, with attractive views of the Montgo mountain and surrounding almond groves.
The ten x 5m pool has several sunbathing areas, together with shady places for when the sun is too hot. There is a large naya with table and chairs for outdoor eating, and a BBQ area with stylish garden table and seating.
THE NAYA IS FULLY GLAZED WITH SLIDING DOORS, SO YOU CAN ENJOY BEING OUTSIDE EVEN IF THE EVENINGS TURN COOL OR WINDY. When its hot, slide back the glass doors to make it completely open.
Kitchen and dining area
The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with oven, hob, new washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker and a full set of cookware and utensils. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished, and fitted with satellite television, DVD player and CD/cassette/radio music centre. A fair selection of DVDs and CDs is provided.
The television has a good selection of Sky digital channels, including BBC News, Itelevision1, Ch4 and Ch5, and also many Spanish Freeview channels with some interesting programs.
Bedroom and bathrooms
There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. All have large fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage space (and plenty of hangers)
The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom serves the other two bedrooms. In addition, there is a separate shower room with washbasin & WC.
The main bedroom has a safe fitted to keep your valuables.
A hairdryer is provided for your use, as are several portable fans.
There is also a set of bathroom scales!! Not to check your diet, but to help avoid those excess baggage charges.
WiFi: The local bar had WiFi, but has temporarily closed for rebuilding. There are various WiFi spots around, but we use the bar next to SOLBANK in Javea Park. Once you buy a drink and get the login code, you can park outside the bank at any time and connect.
