Location - Javea
Javea is often referred to as a jewel on the Costa Blanca, Spain. Javea is a town of great beauty and magical landscapes.
The villa is located in Javea, only three minutes drive from the attractive, sandy Arenal beach. This has many shops, and restaurants with views across the Mediterranean. The bars and restaurants offer a wide choice and cater for all tastes and budgets. The attractive, sandy bay is planted with palm trees and has a number of play areas for children.
A 20 minute stroll along the promenade from Arenal takes you to Javea´s port, home to the fishing fleet and pleasure boats. It also has a good selection of shops and a wide selection of restaurants, many with seating looking out across the port and the Mediterranean.
You can also visit the traditional Old Town, which is steeped in history, with Tosca stone porticoes, gothic bay windows, wrought iron window bars and balcony railings.
There are plenty of ways to occupy yourself such as Golf courses and tennis courts.
Alternatively there are plenty of places to simply relax and chill out.
There are also numerous places to visit which are a short drive away such as: The capes of San Antonio and La Nao which offer stunning views, Grenadella cove, and the old fishing town of Moraira.
Supermarkets are only a short walk or drive away.
You are also only a 45 minute drive from theme park, and water park.
Javea is only an 80 minute drive from Alicante airport.
Villa - external
This is a attractive, private, enclosed villa encircled with attractive landscaped gardens, offering plenty of outdoor space for children to play safely, and for adults to chill out.
There is a private pool with sun beds, straw umbrella and area for shady lunch by the pool.
There is a BBQ in the outdoor kitchen, with sink and worktops to prepare for lazy barbeques on the shady open naya.
The naya (open) has dining for eight (can fit 10), and comfortable seating to sit and enjoy the views and weather. There are views from the villa across Javea and of Mount Montgo. You can sit on the naya in the evening and watch the impressive sun set over the Montgo.
There is car parking on the gated drive for two cars.
Villa - internal
The villa is all on one level.
There are four bedrooms: two double and two twin (1 twin also has double sofa bed enabling the villa to sleep 10). The master bedroom has a view of the pool and the Montgo to wake up to in the morning, and a walk in wardrobe and dressing room.
There is a main bathroom, ensuite bathroom to main bedroom, and further ensuite shower and toilet to the second double bedroom.
The villa has a fully functioning kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. It is also fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, pans, glasses…… A washing machine is also available in the property.
There is a large living room with seating for 8, flat screen television with English channels, including Sky, and Spanish and German channels DVD and radio/CD player. Patio doors give access to the naya and gardens.
Bed linen and towels are provided and are included within the weekly price.
There are air-conditioning units in five rooms (living room and all four bedrooms) and these units also act as heaters in the cooler weather. There are also radiators in all of the bathrooms.
No smoking and no pets.
