Casa Brisa Mar Luxury detached villa
One of the most attractive detached villas in the village of Isla Plana. Stunning sea and mountain views from all terraces. A very large private pool with built in jacuzzi and water feature. Outside terrace designed for summer living and eating. Huge open plan lounge and dining area. Flat screen HD television with blue ray DVD player, English satellite television and Spanish television. Fully equipped kitchen leading directly onto large outside terrace for dining. two double bedrooms overlooking the pool and one twin with sink and own toilet and its own secluded terrace with the best views of all. All bedrooms have air conditioning.2 further bathrooms both with shower and one bath. All rooms with ceiling fans, master bedroom with AC. Ample secure car parking for up to four cars

Outside living
A huge array of outside plants offering colour and shade. Various terraces all with sun canopies and sea and mountain views. Kitchen terrace with dining table for six and BBQ and a further wooden suite for four persons. ten x four private pool with jacuzzi and water feature. A romantic entrance with plants and table for two the perfect place to unwind. All the outside is fully illuminated automatically at night with extra colored floodlighting making the night time magical, especially the pool.

We are only fiveminutes walking distance to the beach, sand and pebble, five minutes drive to better sandy beaches. five minutes drive to port of Mazarron with many restaurants and shops, supermarkets, basically anything you would need is there
In Isla plana village there are the following facilities.
Bank, Chemist, basic food supplies, Hairdressers, hardware store, fresh fish shop, newsagents (English papers and mags etc) four restaurants

air conditioning in the master bedroom, but all rooms have ceiling fans. Al fresco dining overlooking the sea, on our kitchen terrace with beautiful night time lighting. please note that we do not accept children under 5 years old as we do not have facilities for them.

You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The surrounding area is lovely with many beaches to choose from, the beach close by is great and as Chris mentions it is a pebble beach but with the right foot gear(which we did not have and enjoyed the beach anyway) this is not a problem at all and it is within walking distance from the Vila. We lacked for nothing and Chris and Josephine are the perfect hosts. Thank you for our lovley holiday. "
