Casa Alegria- History
Like many people who have fallen in love with this island and its unique way of life, we decided to buy a property on Ibiza and following various trips to and from the island fell upon Casa Alegria. The first time we walked in here it felt like home and everyone that has come here says the same thing. Casa Alegria (Alegria means Joy or Happiness!) was built in 1969 and was one of the first houses to be built on this road (Punta Blanca). It is one of the original “hippy” houses in Ibiza and, over the years, has had many guises, including at one stage a "spiritual" hotel.

Casa Alegria - Apartment & Location
The apartment takes up the entire first floor of Casa Alegria, an owner-occupied house located in a private cul-de-sac between Niu Blau and Cala Pada beaches just north of Santa Eularia.

The location is one of the finest points of the apartment. Through the main gate and turn left and you will see Niu Blau beach through the trees at the end of the road. Turn right, and right again and a short walk brings you to Cala Pada beach with its ferry service to Santa Eularia and onward to Eivissa (Ibiza Town) and Formentera.

The apartment is air-conditioned and sleeps four people, two in a self-contained area with lounge,bathroom and kitchen, and two and across the large roof terrace in a separate double bedroom. Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The distance between the roof terrace bedroom and self contained apartment is around 20 feet.

The apartment has been renovated with sliding glass doors installed to the apartment lounge, a new chill out area under the covered roof terrace, and sliding glass doors installed to the terrace bedroom.

All renters of the apartment have access to the swimming pool and gardens during the daytime up to 21.00hrs.

Please note the owners occupy the ground floor which has open access to the pool area, however you will be given as much privacy as you need during your time by the pool.

Casa Alegria- Local

The restaurant capital of Ibiza- Santa Eularia is five mins drive, and the cosmopolitan Eivissa (Ibiza Town) with its renowned bars and clubs is a further 15 min drive.

Our favourite eaterie - Vis a Vis is in nearby S'Argamassa and is open April-October- its a must!!!

We do recommend hiring a car to maximise your stay.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double,1 twin and a cot, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

Entertainment:
The apartment has television.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
