Marbella Area villa rental details

A haven in the sun
We fell in love with this property, set in the heart of the Marbella micro-climate, the best in Europe. It had a great feeling about it. It was a developed area, very attractive especially the orange trees from which it gets its name. It was very private, quiet, had 24 hour security and we loved the pueblo style architecture. The swimming pools and the tennis courts were an extra bonus as were the excellent golf clubs in the locality. It more than fulfilled all our requirements.

Whats in the immediate locality?
The renowned Ogilvy and Mailer restaurant is at the entrance to the development ( follow the restaurant signs for easy location). There are many other excellent restaurants in the area to suit all tastes and pockets. El Corte Ingles, La Canada are among the many shopping centres nearby. Aloha, Las Brisas,Los Naranjos and La Quinta golf clubs are nearby. Swimming, tennis and squash are on site. Porto Banus marina, restaurants and beach are nearby. Also in the area are Marbella city, prom and beach. San Pedro wonderful prom and beach are just minutes away by car. Valderrama and Gibraltar are just a short drive down the coast. Regular ferries from Tarifa to Morocco are a must for those seeking something different.

Is a car essential?
Not essential but desirable. Transport can be arranged from Malaga airport for those not wishing to drive. There is a bus service from the airport to Porto Banus.where there is also a local bus service. Cars can be hired locally and taxis are plentiful also..

There is a bed settee in the lounge. There are lovely views of La Concha mountains and Los Naranjos golf course from the rear of the property. The development is surrounded by wonderful golf courses.

Sleeping:
The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double,1 twin and a cot, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a double sofa bed located in the lounge. This room gives up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl, radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
