Marbella to Gibraltar apartment rental details

Puerto Estepona Residencia between the local beach & Port.
Low-rise block on Avenida del Carmen within a fewminutes walking distance of both the beach (Playa del Cristo) and the wonderfully colourful , vibrant Estepona Port. The Old Town is about a 15minutes walking distance along the promenade.
The block has two lifts, entryphone, gardens and two newly renovated swimming pools as well as underground car parking + Wi-fi(extra) .

Our Apartment
Apartment is redecorated each year to keep it fresh & light. Constantly being updated to provide a "second home" for many of our regular holidaymakers.
No cheap pine furniture here!!! Only carefully selected items to compliment the accommodation. The large living/dining room (19' x 12') has two comfortable sofas; dining table & four chairs; television/VCR; DVD player & satellite box for UK Freeview & 19.2E (Spanish/German/French/Dutch etc.)
The kitchen is fully equipped (incl w/machine & d/washer) and the Terrace is a special feature being 14ft x 10ft and overlooking the Marina.
The bedroom also has direct terrace access & sea view. King-size bed (splittable)

Lovely local area
The Port is full of restaurants, bars & shops. It is very much a fishing Port and you can see the boats leaving and returning every day with their catches. Not ostentacious like Puerto Banus, although there are some attractive private yachts moored there.
Prices for meals & drinks are far more reasonable than Marbella & Puerto Banus. four small museums.

Ideal short - mid term holiday home. Always presented in spotless order. Perfect also for winter breaks. Street processions in January, May, July. Markets every Wed. & Sun.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a single sofa bed located in the By arrangement (extra charge). This room gives up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has television. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It is a lovely roomy and comfortable apartment, spotlessly clean and well furnished. The balcony too is a delight, so spacious with a superb view over the Port and the well-kept gardens and swimming pool in the apartment complex. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The apartment is so convenient for the Port, the Supermarket, the Town and the beautiful beach just a short walk from the apartment, which was absolutely ideal for grandson, Harry, 5 years. Harry enjoyed watching a selection of the children’s videos in the apartment and we too enjoyed the choice of books and the music on DVD for our entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. Everything in the apartment has certainly been well thought out for visitors to have a relaxing time. "
