Ibiza villa rental details

The Beach House- The House
A great family home with all the extras.

Wonderful sea views, and you can walk to Cala Verde and Pou de Leo, or drive to the nudist beach at Aguas Blancas in ten min.

This lovely home is on two levels. There is an extra sitting room and kitchenette downstairs, designed for teeneage children so everyone has that extra space of their own.

The sitting room, lounge and master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs with a large terrace overlooking the sea complete with cane furniture and tables ideal for breakfast.

There is a huge terrace outside the back with rattan furniture and outdoor lighting throughout the garden and speakers connected to the sound system.

There is also a double gas ring for cooking al fresco and stairs leading to a roof terrace that is perfect for star gaziing or watching the moon rise over the sea.

Downstairs are a further bedroom, a chill out room with two sofa beds, kitchen and further bathroom with an outside terrace and a BBQ area.

The house has everything you could possibly need – dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Lots of kitchen equiptment and dishes plus all the things one forgets –suntan lotion, straw hats etc. Even goggles and flippers in the garage.

San Carlos / Es Figueral Beach
San Carlos is located between Cala San Vicente and Santa Eulalia and has been renowned for its community of artists, realxed approach to life and the weekly Hippy market at Las Dalias. San Carlos serves the beach populations around Es Figueral, Cala Mastella and Cala Llenya.

San Carlos is also home to Anitas Bar, one of the original hippy bars on the Island and also the local meeting point and post office.

Es Figueral Beach, Ibiza

Beautiful shallow waters and fine sandy beach backed by rocky terrain. The green hills and craggy coastline are for hardy walkers. Good watersports and beach facilities and you really get that away-from-the-crowd feeling here.

To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Lyndsay says: "The pictures dont do it justice. A beautifully artistic house in a nice quiet location with fantastic views. Although its not very near to a main town, they are easily accessible by taxi or bus. The beach is within walking distance albeit a good workout! Would definately stay again given the chance. Only thing missing was perhaps a pool but then it would no doubt double the price which was as it is very good value. Kindest regards to the owners. "
