Luxury detached villa ideal for a a stress free holiday
Villa Tara was bought as a family home and as such has all the relevant comforts. It is in a very exclusive residential area and is very private.
The Villa has been done to a high specification with top quality fixtures and fittings. The villa is fully central heated and also has air conditioning throughout.
The lounge has a large flat screen television which is wall mounted along with a Sky Box and DVD player which also plays CD,s, shortly there will be WIFI in the villa. A fully working fireplace is also in the lounge. The light and airy lounge has two double patio doors which open onto the terrace and pool. This enables you to sit within the comfort of the lounge whilst the children play on the terrace and in the pool and you can still watch them.
The Kitchen comes fully equipped with Bosch appliances, cooker, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, all of these being integrated.
Modern units are topped with Black Granite worksurfaces and there are plenty of cupboards for storage. There is a lovely shaded terrace for those hot sunny days where you can dine off the kitchen, with a lovely marble tile topped table and chairs, and easy access to this from the kitchen itself.
For convenience there is a downstairs cloakroom and also a master bedroom suite which is separate from the other three double bedrooms upstairs.
The master bedroom has a superking bed with patio doors which open straigt onto the terrace and pool. There is a dressing room area with a bathroom off with jacuzzi bath and shower above. Again there is a flat screen television which you can watch whatever is being played on the lounge television.
On the Lower Ground there is a utility room which houses a Bosch washing machine and Bosch tumble dryer, along with a sink, cupboards, iron and ironing board.
Also on the Lower Ground is a lounge/playroom, this has a pool table and playstation two to entertain the children (or adults). There is a comfortable seating area and also a marble dinning table and chairs.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, the second suite has a kingsize bed, there is a flat screened television, again you can watch whatever is playing on the lounge television. There are double patio doors out onto a terrace with a marble tile topped table and chairs, this is lovely for a morning coffee or indeed anytime of the day. There are attractive views from the terrace and bedroom down over the valley and out to the med. The bedroom has an ensuite and has a bath with shower above.
The third bedroom has two single beds with Patio doors onto the same terrace as the second suite, there is a television with built in DVD player.
The forth bedroom again has two single beds with patio doors onto a small terrace. Again a flat screened television is in the room along with a Sky Box and DVD player.
Bedroom three and bedroom four are serviced by a separate bathroom, directly opposite again with bath and shower above.
On the second floor there is a large roof terrace with fabulous views over the costa. There are two sunloungers for sunbathing and a coffee table. This is a great suntrap.
The terrace and pool area are all very private and enjoy the sun all day. There are attractive sunloungers and dinning table and also an L shaped seating area and coffee table with a lovely circular pool, which has the option of being heated, at an extra charge. The terrace also benefits from retractable sun canopys that can shade part of the terrace on those hot days.
There is a large lawn at the rear of the villa down some steps from the pool and to the side a lovely shaded area of garden with a palm tree in the middle.
Electronic gates open onto a drive where you can park a car.
A high spec lift covers three of the four floors of the villa, so for anyone of limited mobility the villa is perfect. The only floor not accessible by the lift is the roof terrace.
The villa is only a 10/15 minute walk from all the shops, bars and restaurants, within Elviria, of which there are many, ranging from very high quality to more reasonable prices. We would suggest if you wish to enjoy the full benefits that the costa del sol has to offer, that you hire a car but this is not essential.
With a car you can be at Elviria Beach in 3/5 mins and also the five star Don Carlos hotel and world famous Nikki Beach Club.
Marbella is ten mins and Puerto Banus 15 minutes by car.
