The apartment is located in an attractive new development, just a couple of minutes from the popular Fòrum Park venue, on the Mediterranean and beside the new port and watersports.

This area has a lot of fascinating modern architecture, as well as the Diagonal Mar shopping centre, cafés, bars and of course, the quieter, better beaches of Barcelona.

Other attractions in this area include the Torre Agbar and the fleamarket at Encants while frequent transports take you into the historical centre in about 15 minutes.

This is a first floor apartment, though it is high up from the street, so nobody can look in, there are also tall leafy trees touching the ample terrace , you can see a TINY section of sea from the terrace (though it is NOT a sea view) Very light and sunny, all rooms except laundry/hall/bathrooms have big windows, facing south and south east. Ideal for familes, business men, this apartment is not situated in the night life area of Barcelona.
