Marina Alta - Denia/Javea Villa rental details

Ideally located on the foot of the Montgo mountain between Denia and Javea.
The villa is walking distance to the small town of La Jara (approx 750m to the centre) where you will find a selection of cafés/restaurants, supermarket and local facilities. The resort town of Denia is a five minute drive. Denia offers long golden sandy beaches, a bustling port area and mediaeval old townd around a castle. Denia has a fabulous selection of excellent restaurants, tapas bars, cafés, ice cream parlours and boutique shops. There is also a stylish marina offering trendy restaurants and late night chill out bars. Javea is a ten minute drive and stylishly combines a traditionlal old town and port with attractive restaurants and bars. The sheltered beach bay is backed by numerous international restaurants and bars and resort facilities and offers a relaxed and stylish atmosphere.

Attractive villa full of character, set in huge mature gardens with views across the palm trees to the sea at the front of the house and the Montgo nature park to the rear. The accomodation is all on the ground floor with an open-plan living/dining room and kitchen with doors opening onto the pool side terrace. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The master double has an en suite shower room and balcony doors to the terraces. There is an additional shower room with walk-in shower and double sink.

A very large shaded porch is ideal for outside dining, surrounded by mature palms and magnolia. There is ample sunbathing terraces surrounding the large pool. Attractively located, the long driveway and garden add to the exclusive feel.
