Your holiday home is set within the extensive garden grounds of the main property.
Enter the main gates for your allocated off road car parking area for two hire cars.
Your garden pathway leads through to the private guest entrance.
The high walled gardens offer privacy, enclosing a Solar Heated Swimming Swimming pool, surrounded by mature plants and trees, with both open and covered patio terraces with sun loungers, garden furniture & Gas Barbeque
3 bedrooms and two bathrooms
2 bedrooms have Patio doors opening onto the large covered veranda, with tables and chairs and a relaxing swing seat. Overlooking the Swimming pool & Sun Patio.
These two bedrooms share the main bathroom.
The 3rd Double bedroom opened when there are more than four guests. The retreat, set back from the pool area but still accessible to the pool through the Twin bedroom,
With a conservatory lounge and large bathroom ensuite
All bedrooms have a hairdryer,
There is a lovely, bright, large family lounge with sofas.
The Kitchen is well equipped for self catering
Ceramic four ring hob, microwave/grill/oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and slow cooker, etc.
Plus plenty of china, cutlery etc.
Also plastic ware for children and use around the pool area for safety.
Ironing board. iron and sewing box.

The pool cleaned and the gardens watered weekly. Sometimes more often when needed.

Plenty of Space to store your sports equipment safely. Divers, cyclists etc.
We even keep sports equipment in our garages, for the return of our regular guests. No extra charge!

We have learned that guests do not like a same day change over, especially if they have a late departure flight
We avoid same day departures and arrivals to enable our guests to enjoy their last day at leisure. By arrangement at time of booking.
Weekly prices are for up to Up to two persons within the Villa
Plus extra £70 per extra person per week.
We welcome two persons - up to six persons.
However, this large Villa can accommodate up to eight persons, only when including young children, by arrangement.
We can suppy extra Z beds with Linen and Towels, or a Cot for baby

Your holiday country villa is an ideal base in the heart of Lanzarote Never more than 40 minutes drive from ANYWHERE on the Island.
To capture the natural beauty of the island, simply turn left instead of right as you exit the Villa and head for the North of the Island and the whole meaning of the beauty of Lanzarote will become apparent .
