Ideal for a golfing or family holiday.
This large first floor apartment is located in a peaceful setting, tastefully decorated you will find all the necessary facilities to make your stay as homely as possible including two leather sofas and a 32" lcd television in the lounge area. The large balcony which overlooks the fabulous swimming pool and playground is furnished with a table and chairs for four people. The resort boasts a large range of activities, in addition to the golf resorts there are many other activities including boat charters, fishing trips, scuba diving, wind surfing, water skiing, therapeutic mud baths and thermal springs, horse riding and aqua parks. The natural park in the Carrascoy Mountains is nearby and is ideal for walking and hiking. The resort comprises of many wonderful recreational facilities. The highlight of this superb golf course is the countries first aquatic driving range and impressive club house. There are lots of activities within the resort for all the family to enjoy including swimming swimming pools, tennis, badminton, basketball, volley ball and a attractively maintained bowls green. There area a wide range of restaurants to choose from, whether within the resort, at La Tercia village, at the local shopping centres or in the neighbouring towns. All the local towns and cities have weekly markets and regular fiestas to enjoy. The Mar Menor is a popular destination among all ages and includes the famous La Manga strip. The area is famed for its selection of golf courses, nearby are the golf courses of La Torre, Mar Menor, El Valle and Peraleja golf resort.
