The master bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a king size double bed (which can be converted into two twin beds).The bedroom also has fitted double wardrobes for all you storage. From the bedroom French doors lead onto a terrace with a Rattan furniture set to enjoy the morning or evening sun. There is also an iron and iron board sotred in the wardrobe.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is just as luxurious with twin single beds which can be converted to make a super king size double. This bedroom also has fitted double wardrobes for all your storage.
Third Bedroom The third bedroom again is a lovely room with a single bed that has an extra pull out mattress that can be used as another single bed again with fitted wardrobes.
Patio
The front patio has a lovely tiled area a full rattan furniture set a six seated dining table and is ideal for sunbathing.It also benfits from a retractable canopy if you want some shade and guests are welcome to use the outside cooking station.ideal for al-fresco eating from steaks to chicken.
The back patio has a lovely four seated table ideal for that early evening drink or early morning breakfast.There is also two sunbeds out here ideal for catching the sun as this patio becomes a suntrap in the late afternoons.
Location
This apartment offers a supreme benefit in the convenience of its location especially considering that Condado is such a large resort complex. The clubhouse and town with its bars and restaurants, the on-site supermarket and health centre, are all only a short five minute walk away.
The back Patio overlooks the Condado Club where you can play tennis,Squash,Paddle Tennis,Basketball,Football to name a few there are changing and shower facilities for use after you have finished.The Condado Club also has a bar which serves beverages food & snacks including breakfast lunch dinner and tapas at very reasonable prices.You can also relax and watch all the premiership football matches and other major sporting event on their three large televisions or simple relax in the courtyard area.There is also a kids club where pool,air hockey,grabbers and arcade machines are available for use.For the smaller children there is also a playground attached to the outside of the club.
Meet and Greet
Guests are met at the resort entrance and shown to the apartment where an explanation of all the main facilities is given. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is professionally cleaned immediately before you arrive ensuring you enjoy a pleasurable stay. A welcome pack including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice and bottled water is waiting for you if required at the house, ensuring you have a comfortable start to your holiday no matter what time of day you arrive. All of these services are included in the cost of your rental. We have an excellent management company who will be there on hand if required.

Jack Nicklaus Signature Course Par 72 (6918mtr’s)
The only championship course on the trail a must to play
This exceptional championship 18 hole, par 72 course is the Principal Signature course designed by Jack Nicklaus himself for Polaris World. It features sharp changes in elevation and four lakes and is one of the most attractive courses in the whole of Spain.This course will soon be on the European tour.
La Torre Golf Resort
On the Nicklaus Golf Trail, La Torre is an 18 hole, par 68 course with three lakes. This course has reduced dimensions and wide fairways and large bunkers. At 5,400 metres it is a course where accuracy and strategy are fundamental.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort
This Nicklaus Design course has 18 holes, is par 72 and is larger than average. The fairways of the Hacienda Riquelme golf course run between Olive trees, wild flowers and five lakes. They are sown with the latest variety of Paspalum grass which has a high saline tolerance. This leads the grass to stay in tip top condition with less water.
The Resort will also be home soon to the new Paramount Theme Park to be built adjacent Condado.
