Malaga to Nerja country house rental details

It is such a private house...
The house is on a plot of 6600 square meters planted of all sorts of trees. It is fenced so once you close the gate, there is a total privacy. No noise at all as it is minimum 150 meters to the road.

The closest village is Canillas de Albaida....
Just 300 meters away if you take a path that goes directly from the house to the village. The village has shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, chemist and a medical centre.

Then the nearest town is Competa, famous for its wine festival in August. It has much more wide choice of bars, restaurants, shops, etc.

The house was built in 2005 in the local typical spanish style. It has two bedrooms but very large as the house has 96 square meters and 30 meters terrace area.

Plenty of place to park the cars on the plot.

Casa Rafa is fiveminutes walking distance to Canillas de Albaida and a bit more distant from Competa. Both villages have supermarkets and restaurants.

It is a 30 minutes drive maximum to the beach.

Then the mountain....
Above Canillas stands the Maroma, the highest altitude in Malaga Province. it is therefore the way to enter the Natural Park of Sierra de Tejeda/Almijara with lots of routes to trek around,even in the summer.

The Villa has been comfortably furnished throughout with good quality furniture and all necessary electrical equipment, . Sun Beds and additional tables and chairs for eating al fresco. There is private parking on the plot .

To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
