Malaga to Marbella apartment rental details

Why did I buy a property in this area?
I decided to buy this property due to its location and quietness. We are located five minutes to Fuengirola and five minutes to Benalmadena, giving us and everyone a good choice of places to go. The complex is quiet and offers two good sized swimming pools, gardens and tennis courts. We also have our own space for car parking the car.

Where exactly are the bars, shops and restaurants in relation to the proper
The bars, shops and restaurants are all located 5-10 minutes away. With local tapas bars to fish restaurants, the paseo has a variety of restaurants.

Is a car essential?
A car isnt essential but advised as the apartment sits at the top of a steep hill, however the apartment is located in between Fuengirola and Benalmadena giving you two great areas to visit. There is a train station a 15 minute walk away, as well as plenty of buses and taxis to take you to either destination. The train runs through to Malaga.

Me, my wife, our 13 yr old boy & 5yr old daughter + my sister in law & her 9 yr old son went and there was plenty of room for us, the kids were never bored. The apartment has everything you need. The complex and pool area were spotless and very friendly residents, There was 1 hill that was a bit of a struggle(1st day with suitcases) but if you go up the hill off of the island its not so bad. 10/10 The most enjoyable holiday we have had. The owner was very friendly and helpful also. Definately returning next year(if not sooner). "
