Marbella apartment rental details

A beautiful area beside the beach
Carib Playa really is a attractive area, only five minutes stroll to the beach and another five minutes brings you to the attractive port of Cabopino with all its bars and restaurants.

The area around the apartment has recently been declared an area of outstanding natural beauty and youre sure to enjoy the quiet peaceful surroundings.

This is a beautiful pethouse apartment
This duplex, 3-bedroom, penthouse apartment occupies the corner plot with great sea views. There is a large terrace which gets the sun all day and well into the evening. The patio is furnished with a table and six chairs as well as easy chairs.

There is a master, double bedroom with ensuite and a separate twin room. Upstairs there is another twin bedroom, with its own, secluded terrace and another ensuite bathroom. We can supply a cot, upon request.

The apartment is well equipped with all you need for a great holiday. There is television (with SKY), DVD, HiFi, X-Box, dishwahser, microwave, pool toys, etc and a well stocked library. There are shops within walking distance for any extras.

And in beautiful surroundings too....
There is a attractive, large swimming pool for your use, along with a toddler pool. There is usually a lifeguard in the summer.

While the apartment is in a quiert area, there are quite a few restaurants in walking distance.

A car is very useful to enjoy the surrounding areas of Marbella and Fuengerola. Golf, waterparks, shopping and attractive country side are all nearby. You will have a space in the secure, underground car park. If you dont want to hire a car we can advise on airport transfers.

We are sure you will love this area as much as we do. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday away from the hustle and bustle.from both the terraces.

The apartment is only 15 minutes to Marbella and Fuengerola by car and only 25 minutes from the airport.

Our apartment has been furnished with care for comfort and convenience. The lounge has all the entertainment options you could ask for. TV, DVD, X-Box and CD Hi-Fi. There are plenty of DVDs to watch as well as some X-Box games and books to enjoy. The bedrooms are all well furnished with plenty of built in, wardrobe space.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double,2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
