This rustic house has two floors of 600 m2, is located in the countryside near the town of Can Picafort, with a private swimming pool of ten x seven meters and children pool. Shower for the pool. Covered terrace ( 400 m2 ) and terraces discovered, barbeque, garden with lawn and various trees and plants. Land of 140000 m2. Very quiet area. INTERNER free.

Can Picafort is located in the Bay of Alcudia, northeast of the city of Palma, on the north coast of the island. Most residents here live in the city of Santa Margalida, which is about 10 kilometers Can Picafort.
