Mazarron District villa rental details

Well equipped for a great holiday with pool,hot tub,aircon & wifi internet
With a nine x four private pool surrounded by tiled sunbathing terraces this villa is ideal for a relaxing and indulgent holiday. It is stylishly furnished with quality modern furniture and decorated to a high standard. All the windows are fitted with fly screens.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, large fridge freezer & a dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the main bathroom so you don't have to take the laundry home to do and can take advantage of the attractive weather to dry it!

The lounge is furnished with black modern furniture and two leather sofas while the dining area has a glass table and six faux white leather chairs. The lounge and both bedrooms are fitted with hot and cold aircon units and there is UK Sky Tv in the lounge and in the main bedroom.

The double bedroom has a king size bed and a large wardrobe unit while the twin room has rattan headboards and a large fitted wardrobe. The villa is also equipped wirh wifi internet and you will be given the security code upon arrival at the villa.

There is a large front terrace which is glazed in with sliding windows which can be open for the summer as they all have fly screens. There is another two seater and three seater sofa in here and also a wicker table and four chairs for dining with views of the mountains. This is a great area for the cooler months. All the windows in the villa are fitted with fly screens.

On the roof is a large sunterrace with a wooden table, six chairs and a parasol. This area is ideal for private sunbathing as it is not overlooked.
The pool is reached by a gated staircase down to the lower level so is secure for young children. At the rear of the property is a conservatory housing the hot tub and another table and four chairs. There is a raised Barbecue area with a gas Barbecue area and a gazebo with curtains, flyscreens and a wood and rattan patio table and six chairs. You will also find a full size table tennis table with bats and balls, giant jenga and swingball games for all the family to have fun with.

Located oneminutes walking distance from the local shops and bars, eightminutes walking distance from a large supermarket and a five minute drive from the Camposol Golf Course and Sensol Spa Hotel, this villa is ideally located for all your needs. It is a 15 minute drive to the beach at Bolnuevo and 20 minutes to the Port of Mazarron, If you want to visit the local mountain range, Sierra Espuna, this will take you 25 minutes by car.

Very close to small shop and Indian restaurant, supermarket and more restaurants withing walking distance. Air-con was great as it was extremely hot outside, the pool was enjoyed by everyone, nice eating area inside and out. Great beaches within a short drive. The villa does have a lot of steps outside and you cant see pool area from inside which may be a problem for families with small children but not too much of an issue for us as our boys are older. "
