Malaga to Marbella apartment rental details Check Prices and Availability

Front line beach complex, excellent facilities for families and singles.
Location, Location, set on the beach front at Calahonda the complex boasts wonderful views to the Mediterranean, direct beach access and only a short walk to all the facilities. Its two swimming swimming pools and independent children’s swimming pools never seem busy even in the peak months.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
This third floor apartment is accessed from secure underground car parking via a lift. From the entrance lobby access is gained to main lounge / dining area. The dining area is equipped for four as is the lounge with comfortable sofa and chair. It has a large screen television which has both Sat reception and DVD input and for your musical entertainment there is a CD / Radio player. From the lounge large patio doors open onto the west facing terrace which is equipped with a patio table with four chairs and two sun loungers. An ideal place for al fresco dining or relaxing in the sun. The kitchen which is located to the rear of the property is fully equipped with Ceramic hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer and Dishwasher and also comes with a Kettle, Coffee filter and Toaster. The washing machine is conveniently located off the kitchen on the laundry patio. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse.
The Master bedroom is a good size and is equipped with two standard single beds, coordinating furniture and fitted wardrobes. Note the beds can be made up as a king bed if requested. There are patio doors which lead out onto the main west facing terrace. It has its own en suite bathroom with standard size bath / shower over, vanity unit, bidet and w/c. The twin bedroom with two standard single beds has coordinating furniture and built in wardrobes. Next to it is the Family bathroom with standard size bath / shower over, vanity unit and w/c.
The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning / central heating.

FACILITIES
A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.

SWIMMING POOL
The complex is made up of three blocks which share two swimming swimming pools; the closest pool to the apartment is literally next door and is the quieter of the two swimming pools. It also has a baby pool which is separate. There are changing and toilet facilities by each of the swimming pools which is a big help. The second pool is located adjacent to the beach and is slightly larger; it also has a baby pool. The gardens are mainly laid to grass with attractive shrub borders, by the beachside pool there is a large grassed area which often host games of volleyball and football.

SHOPPING
A five minute walk gives you access to the large El Zoco shopping complex, where there’s an excellent supermarket offering fresh fish, meat and bread counters. If you prefer to shop at the market there is one in La Cala (10 minutes away by car) every Wednesday and Saturday. During the summer season the shops all open on Sunday but outside that time you will need to use the mini shops at the petrol stations and the OpenCor supermarket chain.

EATING OUT
Really you are spoilt for choice; locally just round the corner from the apartment is a parade of restaurants offering Spanish, Chinese and Indian food all serving a variety of food at great value. Across at the El Zoco complex is an even larger choice of restaurants and bars - two of our favorites is Meson and El Olivo. Then of course there are the beach bars one is on the door step but there are lots of others too many to mention here and they are all good - try the paella its what this area is famous for.

BEACH
A short walk from the ground floor entrance takes you through the gardens past the swimming pools to the beach access. Here you can either set up your own spot or stroll along to one of the Chiringitos which have sun beds ready laid out for you.

SPORTS
Calahonda has its own sports complex –Club del Sol – which is equipped with 12 tennis courts, four paddle courts, four squash courts and a 450m2 gym. Water Sports – from Pedalo’s to Hobicats and Water Skiing to Jet Skis all are provided by licensed operators. Tennis - can be found at the Don Carlos hotel in Elviria, Club El Casco in El Rosario and Club del Sol in Calahonda. Golf - Calahonda has its own par three - nine hole course at La Siesta. For the more serious golfer the Costa del Sol boasts over 30 courses set in stunning locations. Snow Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about two hours from us and the season runs from December into May. All equipment can be hired once you get there all you need is some warm clothes.

OUT & ABOUT
During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andalucía countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blanco’s (white villages), perched on the top of hills with breath-taking views and stunning scenery. The Moorish city of Ronda, the caves at Nerja and the Alhambra located in the city of Granada are all worth a visit, not to mention Gibraltar and across the straights to Morocco. There are so many activities available certainly enough to keep everyone happy. To keep life simple you can book day trips, and entry tickets from our Management company office located in Elviria.

Its a great location you do not need a car and the kid realy enjoy the 2 pools. Although the complex is close to the main road there is no road noise wither in the apartment or when by the pool. The shops, bars and restaurants are all close by and can be accessed safely by the foot bridge just a 100 meters fromt he complex gate. Looking forward to comming back next year already. "
