Mallorca apartment rental details

Tjâttan Penthouse in Bella Luna with fantastic views
Tjåttan, a attractive bright and modern decorated penthouse in the Bella Luna complex, with Panoramic views overs sea and the mallorquian mountains.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. Sleeps 4. On the second floor with balcony and a staircase up to the top roof terrace, equipped with four sun loungers. The terrace has two sections one with beams that gives a little bit of shade for the roof dining table and the very large BBQ. Perfect for top roof living!.
The apartment is fitted with air conditioning individually in every room, 37" flat screen television, Spanish channels and English Sky, DVD in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, kettle, coffe mashine and microwave etc.

WIFI access available. This can be bought for 10€ per week. Ask Lottie on site.

The Bella Luna complex offers one of the larges private pool in Cala d´Or and with its own bar and a waterfall.
We also have our own Tennis court (rackets provided in the apartment) , a short tennis court, boule ground and beach volleyball in the complex.
The beach of Cala Egos is only four minutes walking distance, the same distance to the bars and shops in the Cala Egos centre. Cala dOr centre is only a short two km walk around the lovely marina. A great place to celebrate your holidays.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double,1 twin and a cot, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

manjit says: "Fantastic property - peaceful area. rooms are very spacious, everything you could possibly need is there, was like being home away from home, but with better weather :) can sit on the roof terrace in privacy and not be disturbed, ideal place to relax and get a tan, also enjoyed the bar by the pool, beautiful, peaceful and clean place only con was that we had a early check ou 10am, but our flight didnt leave until 5pm so had to take our suitcases everywhere on the last day, would be great if there was somewhere to store them. everything else was excellent"
