The apartment is located in a private complex just 150m from the sea, in a quiet area of the exclusive Cabo Roig area of the Costa Blanca, ten kms south of Torrevieja. Two airports are close by. Alicante is about 40 minutes away while Murcia is only about a 20 minute drive.
The Apartment building is located within large gated surrounding grounds with fabulous facilities including three swimming swimming pools, a jacuzzi, eating areas, bbqs and tennis/paddle courts. This is not a purpose-built holiday apartment complex. Many of the apartments are permanently occupied or are second homes to Spanish city dwellers who want the proximity to both sandy beaches and golf courses and easy accessibility to other resorts and historic towns in the region. This makes our apartment an ideal base for both active or restful beach or golf holidays.
The Apartment
The apartment was completed in June 2004 and comprises two twin-bedrooms with ceiling fans, a fully fitted kitchen with separate well ventilated laundry area, a luxury marbled bathroom, and large combined living and dining areas that lead onto a sizeable balcony overlooking the well-maintained grounds. It is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. All bed linen and towels are provided and utility charges are included in the rental prices.
The Complex Facilities and Surrounding Area
The complex has extensive private gated well-kept grounds with grassed areas, flower beds and palm trees and is well lit at night. It includes three flood-lit tennis/paddle courts, a bbq area, plus a childrens play area, and three outdoor swimming swimming pools along with a jacuzzi.
It is is just 150m from the sea, and a similar distance in the opposite direction to many restaurants, bars, shops and banks. There are several safe, Blue Flag sandy beaches close by, the nearest being about a 5-minute walk away.
There are three 18-hole championship golf courses just 5-10 minutes drive away. Apart from providing a testing golf challenge, they also boast excellent social facilities.
In addition, with access to the AP-7 motorway less than two miles away, the historic towns of Torrevieja, Murcia, Orihuela, Cartegena and Alicante are all within easy reach, along with the famous La Manga and Mar Menor. They are well worth a visit especially during one of their many fiestas.
