SET IN EXTENSIVE PRIVATE GROUNDS ENJOYING FANTASTIC PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE SEA AND SURROUNDING COUNTRYSIDE , THIS TRADITIONAL STYLED FINCA HOUSE IS SITUATED BETWEEN MORAIRA, CALPE AND BENISSA WHICH PROVIDES OF OPPORTUNITY FOR PLAY AND SUNBATHING .
THE FURNISHING HAVE BEEN CHOSEN IN KEEPING WITH THE STYLE OF THE HOUSE. DOWNSTAIRS THERE IS A WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH DISHWASHER AND WASHING MACHINE.
THE LOUNGE HAS A CHIMNEY AND A television – FROM HERE THERE IS DIRECT ACCESS TO THE NAYA WHERE YOU CAN HAVE DINNER – LOOKING AT THE POOL AND GARDEN.
A BEDROOM AND BATHROOM IS DOWNSTAIRS. UPSTAIRS THERE ARE FURTHER TWO BEDROOMS AND A SEPARATE BATHROOM. THE MAIN BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE TERRACE.

The television reception could cater more for English speaking guests, but nonetheless, it is a fabulous property and we would consider a return with no hesitation. Thanks."
