A lovely brand new end terrace house in a lovely residential setting overlooking Benidorm and the Sierra Cortina golf course.
Los Olivos has three bedrooms, one double and two twins, and three full bathrooms one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. There is air-conditioning, satellite television with 20 English channels including BBC and Itelevision, a washing machine and dishwasher.
The villa is in a gated complex with two community swimming pools and overlooks the 18 hole Sierra Cortina par three golf course. It is 2km from the commercial centre and 4km to the La Cala beach. There are two other larger golf courses nearby together with several theme parks and just up the road is the Sierra Cortina Spa centre that has an indoor swimming pool, exercise and treatment rooms and tennis courts.
The property, that is fully air-conditioned, will sleep up to six people. On trhe first floor the master en-suite bedroom has a double bed and small balcony overlooking the golf course and a full en-suite bathroom. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. A second twin bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor alonside the comfortable lounge, that has a television with a selection of English channels, and the kitchen that is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Patio doors from the lounge take you to the covered naya and a private garden laid to grass. A gate leads to the communal landscaped gardens and two swimming swimming pools.
