The modern apartment block was built by the owner,Carmen, in the last ten years. There are large, south facing terraces with wonderful views, a lift and private pool for residents. The access terraces are light, large and airy, well maintained and cleaned.
There is a large, public car park within 100 metres and the centre of Benalmadena Pueblo is within fiveminutes walking distance and the hightlife of Benalmadena Costa and Marina less than five minutes by car.
Benalmadena Pueblo
Benalmadena pueblo is a typical Andalucian white village. Now grown with bars and restaurants to suit every mood and nationality, the village has a museum with one of the best collections of pre-Columbian art, two modern hospitals(1 public, one private) and shops for most requirements. The Pueblo has plazas where one may sit and take a relaxing drink or meal, gardens with views across to the coast and beyond.
The people are warm and welcoming.
A good bus and taxi service allows easy connections to the beach and many local attractions.
Costa del Sol
The Costa del Sol is well known worldwide for its beaches, weather, bars and restaurants, from fish restaurants to fine restaurants. What is less known is the history and culture from the prehistoric caves at Nerja, the Roman villas and towns, the Muslim Masquita of Cordoba, Alhambra of Granada and Alcazar in Malaga. The Columbian and American expeditions were from Andalucia, the Casa de Americas in Sevilla, The Picasso Museum in Malaga.
