Badia Blava is 17 kilometers from Palma de Mallorca and includes a bathing area formed by Sant Martí sArc, Roca des Milans and Racó of sAlmadrava, usually so assiduously used by residents in the neighborhoods and Badia Blava Badia Great built in the top of a vertical cliff and reaches its highest in the largest of Regana Cap (100 meters above sea level).

leanne says: "The villa was lovely, sPacious and clean. It is set in a residential area about 30 mins drive from the airport. The villa has 3 bedrooms but only 1 bedroome has air conditioning that works. The 3rd bedroom doesnt have an airconditioning unit and the 2nd bedroom has one which doesnt cool the room at all. We had to move the kids beds into our room so they could sleep. The air conditioning system is a pay per hour meter which was annoying as it only took 1 euro coins so everydfay I had to make sure to collect at least 7 euros so we could sleep comfortably with the air conditioning on. We spent an extra 50 euros for a one week stay just to have air conditioning on at night only. The villa was very clean and beds and towels freshly laundered. Was dissapointed that there was no weelcome pack inside the villa as it left us with lots of questions (where is nearest supermarket, where do we put our bins when full etc? ). On the 3rd day of our 7 day holiday the water in the house stopped. When we tried to contact the owner on the emergency phone number we received no reply only answering machine every time. Luckily we had mobile phone with internet access and managed to send emails. Over the next 2 days we were told the water company were trying to fix the problem and to remain patient. We had to buy lots of bottles of mineral water to cook and brush teeth with and everytime we needed to flush the toilet I had to get a bucket of water ffrom the pool to throw down toilet! On tuesday I emailed the owner to explain that although I knew the problem was not his fault, I felt that since paying £1,500 for one week and being forced to live without the basic need of water! He offered us an apartment 1 hour drive from the villa so we packed up our things and went to see it. The apartment was awful, dirty floors, unsafe balcony for my young children, furniture looked like it had been thrown out by a charity shop and there were many small bugs in the main bedroom. I would rather have flown hpme early than stay there so we went back to the villa and decided to cope with no water. The water never returned by the time we flew home. It went off on sunday afternoon amd we left on thursday morning! I am heartbroken that our holiday was ruined in this way. I feel that the owner should have offfered us alternative accomodation of the same standard to what we had paid for. Next time we will book through a company such as james villas in the hope we will be better looked after. As we are self employed we are only able to take 1 week holiday per year and we feel gutted that it turned out so bad. We are upset and dissappointed. "
