Amazing villa
This three bedroom villa is on a large corner plot set within its own terraced garden on the luxurious Costa Esuri Golf development located on the banks of the attractive River Guardiana. There is direct access from garden to the communal swimming pools and gardens. There is a large sunny roof terrace with stunning views over surrounding area. The property is located on a very secure development with views over the two championship golf courses and views across the river to Portugal.

The villa is only 20 minutes drive to beaches in Isla Canela in Spain and Monte Gordo in Portugal. Located just five minutes drive to the pretty local fishing town of Ayamonte where there are numerous restaurants, tapas bars, shops.

The villa is on a generous corner plot with its own terraced garden on an enviable position. Uninterrupted views over the golf courses, river and Portugal. There is secure car parking next to house. Only a few steps away is the pool and garden area. There is a large swimming pool and children's paddling pool, and attractively maintained communal gardens surrounding pool area.
