Arboleas villa rental details

Total peace and seclusion in the sunsoaked Almanzora valley
This is a large Andalucian villa that is located on one of the biggest plots in Los Torres near Arboleas. Apart from the large ten x four metre swimming pool the villa boasts two separate terrace areas with al fresco dining at the rear. Inside the villa has three separate bedrooms all equipped with ceiling fans. The large lounge has air conditioning, a feature open fireplace and 42" HD television with surround sound DVD setup. There is satellite reception of all free to air channels as well as recording capability. A further two bedrooms are equipped with wall mounted flat screen televisions with their own dedicated satellite receivers. The nearest bar is a 15 minute walk in the village of Cojos. A quiz night is held there on Wednesday evenings if you would like to test your knowledge and possibly win a few euros!
Los Torres is a very quiet village apart from the bird songs and the squabbling of the sparrows. Arboleas is a five minute drive and boasts several bars with local tapas availble. The larger town of Albox is a 15 minute drive and has a large market which is held every Tuesday. For those wishing to venture to the coast the attractive and still unknown to most resort of Mojacar is just 40 minutes away. This has attractive beaches and a whole host of different style eateries.

The villa has three bedrooms and an attached garage, although I do not advertise it there is another double bed in the garage which may be preferable for some that the put you up sofa bed in the lounge.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double,2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a single sofa bed located in the lounge. This room gives up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment:
The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
