Gandia villa rental details

SANTA MONICA
The villa was completed in 2005 to a very high standard by a local developer. We have furnished and equiped the villa as a home as we use the villa for our own private holidays.The area is superb with wonderful views and some great restaurants.The local beaches are only a short drive away and are clean and go on forever. For the more sporty, there are some excellent facilities close by, you can play golf, have a massage, pamper day, play tennis, all at Oliva Nova golf about 25 mins drive.The main city of Gandia is only 15 mins drive with shops, restaurants and much more. Valencia is about 50 mins drive, although we tend to drive to the train station and take the train right into the heart of the city. Going the other way you can go to Benidorm about 55 mins drive to the water park and more golf courses and everything for the family. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double,2 twin and a cot. This room gives up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Benjamin says: "We organised a week away for a group of 8 friends in their early 20s and this villa was a superb location for a relaxing post-exams holiday. A car is essential but is only about 50 minute drive from Valencia to the villa. Set in the hills just outside the tiny town of Almisera this is a very peaceful area and the villa has a fantastic private swimming pool and bbq. When we arrived we were greeted by the handyman who showed us around, gave us the keys and made sure we were ok. We also met the 2 neighbouring couples who were extremely helpful and gave us plenty of advice during the week. The nearby villages have a small shop and a small bar (where we watched the football) and Gandia with everything you could need, beach, supermarket etc is about a 15 min drive away. All in all the villa was fantastic, clean, well located and great for chilling out and relaxing. Would like to thank Simon and Sarah for a brilliant and week and would definitely stay here again. many thanks"
