Vilamoura apartment rental details

The old village
Set amongst the attractive fairways of pinhal golf course and its own attractive walkways and gardens this townhouse is within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, three swimming swimming pools, its own childs playground and a supermarket which is open seven days a week.

Please note that the old village has bought in a charge for the use of sunbeds around the swimming pools but we do provide sun loungers with matresses for the roof.

Please also note that this property is located above the supermarket and therefore is prone to a little noise from below - although all the bedrooms are air conditioned and so it is not necessary to have the windows open.

Vilamoura

Vilamoura has something for everyone if its relaxing on the attractive beaches playing almost any kind of sport, eating, drinking, dancing, shopping or watching the world go by at the marina

Europes largest marina boasts designer shops, menus to suit any taste, many bars, a casino fiveminutes walking distance away and you can course enjoy plenty of cafes so you can while away the hours in europes finest climate. In the marina you can also book a variety of boat and yacht trips as well as every type of water sports activities.

The old village has 2 large pools,a childrens play area and in the warmer months there is a road train which will take you to europes largest marina with its many designer shops bars restaurants casino and nightclub

The apartment has television. The music system will play radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Kathryn says: "Just returned from a fantastic 10 day stay in The old Village. We could not have been happier with out choice of accomodation. Plenty of space in our very modern townhouse - 3 bedrooms with 1 ensuite, large living area and the best feature - the rooftop terrace with built-in BBQ - what a fabulous view and the best place to sit and chill out after a strenuous day of sunbathing by the pool! We had towels and beach towels provided - we werent expecting much but these were better than the towels left in some hotels weve stayed in! Milk, water, tea, coffee and sugar left for us which was great when we arrived. Emma was most helpful - especially the day that we left the key in the inside of the door and couldnt get back in - she was onsite within 15 mins and had us back into the house about 30 minutes later - thanks for that! The house is above the supermarket - this was great when we needed to buy supplies but a bit of a drawback when the shutter went up at 8am - we got used to the deliveries coming in and it would not put me off booking the same property again next year. All in all this is a fabulous house, beautiful pool - we used the smaller dolphin pool which the kids loved, 15 min stroll to the beautiful marina and nice restaurants on site if you fancied a bite to eat - although the BBQ was used a lot by us - we just liked to chill at night with a BBQ, nice bottle of wine and kids could go to bed to recharge their batteries for the next day.
