Vilamoura villa rental details

About the house
Please note that we are priced in EUROS which at current exchange rates means you save up to 25% over villas priced in sterling This is a modern, recently built four bedroom (3 en suite) four bathroom Townhouse with marble and wooden floors throughout in an ideal location. It is furnished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned.
We have SKY+ television including all SKY MOVIES AND SKY SPORTS so you can enjoy all the features of home.
It has a Barbecue/dining patio overlooking the large 15 metre pool which is only five steps from the house. The kitchen is fully equiped with Bosche fittings and is a pleasure to cook in. It is a two minute drive to three of the golf clubhouses ( laguna, millenium and victoria) and a four minute drive to the busy marina area and beaches. It overlooks the Millenium golf course and the sea beyond. Would suit golfing and families alike.
Entry through the front door leads you to the large open plan dinning area with solid wooden dining table with eight leather seats, and large sitting area with new leather three seater, two seater and large armchair. Large LCD television with DVD player and Full Sky+ package. Beyond the living area and through patio doors is a large patio area with a dining area and table and chairs for eight people. This is a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by or even just to watch the kids playing in the pool from a nicely shaded area. Immediately outside the patio area are four exclusive sun loungers dedicated for your personal use. There are other communal loungers which you may also use. The pool is five steps away from the patio area and is therefore ideal to be in and out of the pool as many times as you like. As the sun sets across opposite the terrace it's a wonderful place to enjoy "sundowners"
Downstairs on the lower level are two bedrooms. One with twin beds and on suite and one with a double bed.
Upstairs on the top level are a further two en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large bay window and a great view over the Millenium Golf Course and a large sun balcony whioch overlooks the pool area. The other bedroom has a large double bed and Juliet balcony. Both have shower and baths.
The kitchen has all modern Bosche equipment including Microwave and there is an iron and ironing board and hairdryer all available in the house.
The house has a lovely atmosphere helped by the layout giving two bedrooms on the top and bottom level with the living accomodation and pool area in the middle. It means that you are not living on top of one another and can have breathing space when you need it.
We are only a very short drive or taxi to the Marina and beaches and there is a tourist road train which passes at the end of the road every 25 minutes which can take you to all of the beaches and Marina and back during the tourist season. There is a supermarket within close walking distance.

We have Sky+ TV fitted including Sports and Movie channels to enjoy all the features you have at home. Outside the bbq/patio area which is accessed through patio doors from the sitting area there is a fully decked area around the large pool 15metre by 6metre which is hardly used by neighbours. There are 4 sun beds directly outside the house for your exclusive use and several other sun beds around the pool for communal use, and an outside shower to cool you down. The house is newly furnished to an extremely high standard. It has new high quality leather suites and has a solid wood dining table with eight leather chairs sitting in a large bay window off the sitting area. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double,1 twin and a cot, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
