History & Description
Casa de Campo is a old farmhouse from the beginning of the 1900´s, that was carefully restored between 1998 and 2000. During the restoration work we tried to preserve all the old architectural existing elements, and at the same time offer the comfort of a actual holiday house. During the restoration the farmhouse was divided into two houses that can be rented together or separately. The house has a big terrace with a large divided porch that gives you access to the Garden and to the orange plantation. On the big Patio you find sun beds and sunshades, where you can discretely and privately have some sunbaths. Under one antique olive tree is a bbq where you can grill the freshest fishes from the marketplaces of Tavira or Olhão.
The property has 1000m2 with several fruit trees like (Orange trees, Peach trees, Figs trees, Olive trees, pomegranate), and also several aromatic herbs and green tees, that can be picked up by the house guests. The house provides a outdoor car parking place for three Cars.
Location
Casa de Campo is peacefully and privately located in a rural area, close to the small rural village of Amaro-Gonçalves (200m), and only eight km away from the Venice of Algarve “Tavira”.
The proximity of several beaches, and the main cities from the east Algarve, makes this house very central and with easy Access from any part of the east Algarve.
