Lisbon Coast villa rental details

Villa Ar da Praia,
This lovely villa is located near Praia das Macas beach (only one km). Also, Praia Grande beach (body board lovers) is only three km distance. The vila has an 10x5 meters swimming pool, interior car parking, four comfortable bedrooms, Full Kitchen, BBQ area, Balcony toward sea view, sleeps eight adults and two children. There are some restaurants, supermarkets and litlle shops at walking distance (10 minutes walk). From Lisbon airport is only half an hour drive. Cascais, Estoril and Mafra are only 20 min. drive.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double,2 twin and a cot. The property also has a single sofa bed located in the In the livingroom. This room gives up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play radio.

Rachel says: " Beautiful decor, good layout, lovely pool area. Kitchen has everything you need. Comfortable beds. Fans or heaters depending on the weather and air con downstairs. Large TV and entertainment system and PC. Friendly owner. Short airport transfer. Only issue was that we arrived late at night, there was no welcome pack of food essentials and the beach and shops are not a 7 minute walk away, they are a 15-20 minute walk away. The owner very kindly took us in his car to Sintra to a late night supermarket and waited patiently for an hour while we did a huge shop. The tram was not working and the bus stops do not have bus timetables on them so we found information a bit hard to come by. A pack/ folder of tourist information at the villa would have been helpful. The P.O. have a bus timetable so go there for one, and there is a basic Tourist Info Centre in Sintra. Bear in mind that buses are between 5 minutes early and 20 minutes late! Would thoroughly recommend Sintra to visit. Local beach Praia das Macas is lovely. The kids enjoyed playing in the stream that runs into the sea. Praia Grande beach huge and lovely but strong high waves made it too dangerous for the kids to swim in. Made the pool at the villa all the more special. p.s. We eventually found the Praia das Macas food market inside a building next to the large car park on the main road into town. "
