Stunning 3 bedroom villa with private pool and a large terrace with BBQ
A recently completed new villa with private swimming pool, is set on a hillside overlooking vineyards and pear groves, giving total tranquility. three tastefully decorated bedrooms provide sleeping for eight people. The village of Fanadia is typically Portuguese with rustic restaurants and local shop providing daily fresh bread. Fanadia is a perfect central location to explore the more popular Portuguese towns of Obidos, Caldas da Rainha, Fatima, Foz, Peniche, Nazare, Batalha etc. Bedroom one with double bed, en-suite shower and built in wardrobes, access to patio area.
Bedroom two with double bed and and bunk bed, access to patio area.
Bedroom three with twin beds and built in wardrobes. All very large and stylishly decorated.
The living area is modern, bright and large and is an open plan area with the dining area. Wonderful views of the countryside. Two sofas, chair, pouffe. Wood burning salamander for winter. Large modern dining table, comfortably seats 12. television, CD, DVD (with choice of DVDs), book selection. Towels and bedlinen included in the price. Towels changed and property cleaned once a week. Plenty of beaches 15 minutes drive away - wonderful wave beaches for the serious surfers or for the more sedate the lagoon provides safe swimming. The world renowned championship Praia del Rey golf course is approx 30 minutes drive away. The main large town of Caldas da Rainha is ten minute drive away with banks, shops, supermarkets, local daily market and cafes. The famous walled city of Obidos is ten minutes drive away also. A great choice for that peaceful and relaxing holiday.

There is a wood burning salamander in the lounge area for winter. Extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. Beach towels are not provided.
