The Villa
3 bedroom villa, with a private pool. Sea views, garden, terraces and barbeque. Quiet location tenminutes walking distance to golden sandy beach, which is family friendly. ten mins to village with bars, restaurants and shops. Sun terrace with a large table, six chairs and six loungers. Barbeque located close to the kitchen.

Outside
The villa has landscaped garden areas, terracing and a rectangular pool approx 7.5 x 3.5m. The pool is unheated but is in the sun throughout the day. Sunloungers and dining furniture are provided and there is a built-in charcoal BBQ to the side of the house. The front has a gated drive suitable for the average sized-car.

The Area
Luz has a attractive golden sandy beach which is within a ten minutes walking distance. It is well loved by families. Watersports available in the summer months include diving and snorkeling. At one end of the beach are flat topped rocks for children to explore. Beach cafes and sea front restaurants. Car free promenade with palm trees. There are also several other attractive beaches in the surroundings, which can be reached easily by car.
Four top class golf courses are within between ten and 30 minutes drive (Boavista, Parque da Floresta, Penina and Palmares).
Taxi and rent a car facilities are widespread all over Algarve, and can be also found in Praia da Luz. A motorway links the airport to Praia da Luz and there are also bus services to several locations.
