The villa
A single floor well furnished villa located in Porches, within its own private grounds of 2730 m2. Within 300 meters from the property one finds restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and a larger choice of shopping facilities is to be found within four km. It is four km to the beach Praia Senhora da Rocha, 4.5 km to the beach Vilalara and five km to the beach in Armação de Pêra. The water park Big One is five km away, and the golf club Salgados Golf is 8.5 km distant. It is 55 km from Faro airport.
The nice villa has 268 m2 of living area comprising four bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms (3 double rooms, one twin room), lounge with fireplace, satellite television, VCR, HiFi and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and one guest WC. Outside, guests enjoy a shaded porch with BBQ and garden furniture, extensive gardens with trees, children playground, a mill with a cistern, private swimming pool with steps (45 m2, depth between 0,70m – 1,90m), sun loungers, parasols, lawn garden and private car parking.

The local town
Located ca. three km from the beach, Porches is a nice, typical Portuguese village with a well preserved old centre, apart from the mass tourism. It has a high location and radiates with its white houses a Mediterranean charm. Simple or more refined restaurants offer Portuguese and international cuisine. Here you will also find shops which can fulfil all your wishes. The surrounding beaches are among the most attractive ones on Algarve and in Europe. There are small, picturesque bays with fascinating rocky formations and large beaches. Entertainment, sport and leisure activities, as well as amusement parks can be found within just a few km.
