Luxury End Townhouse, with spectacular roof terrace views of Alvor Esturary
Vila Penina is located close to the delightful fishing village of Alvor & just ten kilometres from Lagos. At present there are 17 townhouses in this very peaceful high quality cul de sac. This villa is fully furnished to the highest standard and offers everything you would need and more. This two storey house, complete with roof terrace has a real away from it all homely feel while offering wonderful views of the Monchique Mountains and Penina Golf Course. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, dining area, lounge, Satellite television. There is also a terrace with outside fully integrated bbq, ideal for outdoor living.

The villa is set in a quiet location, but not far from the night life and some wonderful restaurants, ten minutes from Portimao / Alvor, one minute from Penina and ten minutes from Morgado/Alamos golf courses, 15 minutes to Carvoeiro and Lagos, ten minutes from Praia da Rocha / Vau , all of these areas have wonderful beaches with an array of restaurants and various watersports.

Within walking distance from World famous Penina five star Golf resort. The Penina golf estate offers Long flat courses with lakes trees and bunkers. 18 holes (plus two nine hole courses) 6935 yards 6343 metres. S.S.S. 73. Also Resort Course - nine holes 3268 yards 2987 metres. S.S.S. 35 and Academy Course - nine holes 2035 yards 1851 metres. S.S.S. 31. Golf academy putting greens. There are also many other golf couses a short drive away.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. Angela says: "Having just returned after our two week stay in villa Penina. I must say we had a fantastic relaxing holiday, in a nice quiet location, with fabalous decor, great kitchen facilities and so spacious and safe, we found it great with two small children. (TV and DVDs were great) Pool was brillant, enclosed for children to play and never to busy for us. Even had it to ourselves some days. A car would be reccomended even for popping to the local supermarket, as we did not have one the first week, but used taxis which provide a good service. It is within 10 mins to Alvor which has a lovely beach and nice restraurants. I would highly reccommend this villa. Once again a big thank you to Lee, Rebecca, and boys for your hospitility, it was so much appreciated. Eve missing the boys and hoping to return some day for some more horseriding lessons. Angela"
