Both these villas have a total of 12 bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens and can sleep 27 people comfortably. The configuration of the bedrooms are as follows:

Both villas have open plan kitchen / living rooms that have large sliding windows leading out onto the pool and garden area.

Both villas have been completely refurbished with stylish fully integrated kitchens and modern bathrooms.

Villa exteriors:

Villa Teresa and New are located beside each other just off the strip in the heart of Albufeira town. The villas are approximately a three minute walk from the main strip where there are numerous bars and restaurants.

Oura Beach is approximately seven minutes walk.

The villas benefit from their own private swimming pools and garden area. Both villas have an outside BBQ area, and sitting area. Sunloungers surround the pool, with an outside dining table looking onto the swimming pools. Perfect for large groups to socialise.

Villa Teresa has different sections of the garden that can be utilised for those who wish not to be disturbed when enjoying the sun. The Kitchen opens up onto the pool, provide a flow through the ground floor, and allowing our clients to make the most of all the villas facilities.

Location
The villas are located on Rua Da vitoria, Albufeira Town, 8200. A cobbled quiet Cul d Sac with no through traffic and a perfect location to enjoy the sun in a peaceful surrounding.

Just a few minute walk to the bars, restaurants and nightlife, these villas offer an excellent location to take full advantage of what Albufeira has to offer.

These villas are idea for stag, hen, golf groups, as well as large family / friend groups that require a good location and entertaining space.

These are 2 villas located beside each other. Both Villas have their own private swimming pools, and are fully self catered. The villas are ideal for groups of upto 27 people. We can accommodate more if required and provide foldaway beds. The pool and table tennis table are available upon request.

The villa comprises 13 bedrooms in total; 6 double,6 twin,1 single and 3 cots, 9 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a double sofa bed located in the living room. This room gives up to 20 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

villa has 9 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

maxine says: "Just got back from a week in villa teresa we had a great week villa was great although pool is not heated and as its early season it wasnt comfortable! Electrics did keep tripping everytime we used the cooker which was a bit annoying but not enough to spoil our hols! the area overall is good apart from being offered drugs from 9am til we went back to villa in the evening and they didnt seem to mind that we had children with us!! As there was 14 of us and it was a double family holiday it was a little too clubby for us and you did have to dodge a few piles of vomit in the morning so if your on a stag or hen party or real party goers then it would be great you are so close to the strip but the noise levels were very minimal. The best place we found for a english breakfast was a little place called Tom and Jerrys english run and exceptionally clean! The villa was great but the fact that its turning into a mini ibiza is a bit off-putting for people with young families"
