There is use of a shared rooftop pool and fabulous views of the Ria Formosa and nearby Ilhas. Situated in a newly built modern development next to a new 5* hotel. Minutes from many local facilities including the old town with historic churches and architecture, restaurants, supermarkets and shops and a new shopping centre "Ria Shopping" which also has a cinema. There is a marina with a wonderful fishing market selling catches of the day and local produce where you can soak up the bustling atmosphere of Portuguese life. There are also train and bus services. There are three golf courses within 15 miles of Olhao. The apartment comprises two bedrooms in total, both king size and with full en-suite facilities. We can arrange extra beds to accommodate up to six guests. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use, although not beach towels. An additional change and mid-week clean can be arranged by prior booking. Less than a five day stay a cleaning charge of 50 euros will apply. Hairdryer and night safe are also provided.

The apartment has two en-suite bathrooms and separate WC for your party's use. Temperature can be controlled with air-conditioning to keep the apartment cool and also to control the heating. AL tourist licence approved.
The apartment has HD television with blue-ray DVD, which also doubles as a CD player together with a selection of DVD’s and books.
The large living/dining room (32sq m) easily accommodates six guests. Double patio doors leading onto sun-facing balcony. In the fully appointed kitchen you will find a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster. There is also a dish washer, combined washing machine/tumble drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided everything you will need by way of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.The apartment is in a peaceful area within a fewminutes walking distance from the bustling town of Olhao. It has access to a lovely shared roof-top swimming pool along with sun-loungers and umbrella with superb wonderful views of the Ria Formosa and Ilhas. The large private balcony has a six seat patio set as well as comfortable sun-chairs with the same attractive view. All windows have electric security shutters.
