Welcoming semidetached house near the fabulous beach of Moledo do Minho and near the historic town of Caminha, on the slope of Cristelo. It is two km from the beach and from the centre of Moledo do Minho, three km from Caminha and from Spain (ferry crossing). There is a market in 1500 meters from the property and a taxi stand 300 meters distant. Porto airport is 70 km distant, it is 400 km to Lisbon.
This excellent property has three facades and comprises ground floor, first floor and loft. In the ground floor there is a 40 m2 large living room with open fireplace, television and sofa bed, one bathroom, access to the terrace and garden, and still a dining area seating ten persons, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. In the first floor there are three twin rooms, one of them with en suite bathroom, and still one shower room. In the loft, which one reaches through a circular staircase, there is a common area with 20 m2, one single room with an extra drawer bed and access to a wonderful veranda, and one shower room. Outside, guests enjoy a garden with a disassembling circular swimming pool (Ø five m, one meters depth), BBQ, garden chairs and tables, parasol, garage with internal access and wonderful views of the Camarido Pineforest and the Santa Tecla Mount (Spain).

The area
A very famous tourist resort since the beginning of the 20th century, Moledo Beach brings in the families of politicians and other dignitaries who seek it out year after year in preference to the hotter sands of the south.
In an area of great natural beauty, surrounded by the Camarido protected area, this Beach is somewhat windy with strong waves reaching shore here creating good year round surfing conditions and windsurfing during the summer.
In front of Moledo Beach is a small rocky island that can be visited by boat. On the island is the Ínsua Fortress, built in the 15th century as a convent before, in the 17th and 18th centuries undergoing conversion work that transformed it into a coastal defence post.
