Ferragudo village house rental details

Marinasol is situated at the entrance of Ferragudo along the estuary Arade
Ferragudo is known for being one of the most attractive fishing villages in Algarve and it is surounded by a large pretty beach with all kind of facilities like children park ,play grounds, water games,jet-sky renting and restaurants.
the house is knew and has a livingroom in ( L shaped) with a terrace over looking the estuary of the river arade .
The two bedroom have a private bath room
it is five mn away on foot from the centre of Ferragudo which is very lively . On the main square there are plenty of cafes and restaurants .
The private swiming pool is : eight x4 mts and is equiped
with four good transats .
From Ferragudo you can go to golf course or to a theme park like slide and splash both located only 15 mns away by car .
shopping is easy and there is a super markets at only one km away .Of course in the village itself you find all kind of restaurants and little shops .
Everyday at the harbor there is a fish and vegetable market .A little further on the quay one can smell the fishes being grilled on larges bbqs outside restaurants and sometime fisher men reparing their nets.
At the end of the harbor there is a narrow passage from which get to the first beach and at low tide you can by pass the castle and reach ( praia grande, the main beach where there are four beach cafés and restaurants . (Some of them have free wifi internets).
All water sports are availlables during the summer season.

Ferragudo is tipped to be one of the new 'hotspots' in the Algarve, but at the moment it is still a very relaxed town on the banks of the River Arade, with some very popular fish restaurants and some lovely beaches. If you enjoy walking or cycling then you can explore along the coastline and eventually arrive at Ferragudo lighthouse; you may just choose to try out one of the lovely Ferragudo beaches.

The village house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double,1 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

village house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool.

Entertainment:
The village house has television. The music system will play radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Clair says: "Was sceptical at first as there had been no previous reviews, but was extremely happy when we arrived, the villa was clean and very tastefully furnished. Guy was extremely helpful, and thought of everything for us being a family with two children under two, he put stair gate up and had two travel cots and two high chairs for us, even though he told me initially when we booked that there was only one of each. We couldnt have asked for a better base to explore the beautiful country, and cant wait to return next year! If we hadnt have had two small children, I would have stayed by the pool each day as it was a sun trap - sun comes up in the morning on the front of the villa (kitchen) but by midday the sun is solely on the rear of the property which is where the balcony and pool are. We were so pleased to have parking under the villa in a garage, given the excess for the hire car was £1500!! The villa is extremely secure and we had no issues with leaving our passports, money etc in there worrying about being broken into. There are shutters on each window, and double locks on doors. We felt as though we could contact Guy at any time if we had any problems, he was so kind and helpful. We were so grateful for the milk that he left for us too!! It was home from home with all utensils etc - there was even a bucket and spade!! We will definitely return - thank you again Guy. We thoroughly enjoyed our first family holiday abroad."
