Superbly comfortable apartment on 2 floors, very spacious, light and airy
Stunning first floor Duplex Apartment Sleeps six comfortably and can sleep up to ten plus cots if required in three Bedrooms with two sofa beds all serviced by three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.

This lovely apartment is only two years old and located on the new ‘Aroma Complex ‘on the edge of the picturesque village of Burgau. An easy walk to the beach and very close to the village centre and the shops, restaurants and bars.

Accomodation

Entry to the apartment is via an exterior staircase to the front door which leads directly into the main open plan living area.
This area is bright and airy and consists of a good sized lounge with twin leather bed settees and log burning stove with patio doors out to the main terrace which is furnished with table and chairs for Al Fresco dining and overlooks the pool.

Beautifully fitted Kitchen with every modern appliance you could need to make cooking on your holidays a real pleasure also has a door to the small utility side terrace.

Hall/Dining area fitted with large light oak table and chairs.

Hallway leads to main shower bathroom and two large twin bedrooms one of which has a full en suite bathroom, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and vanity unit.

Open wooden stairway leads up from the hall to the Master Suite which is superbly furnished with a king size bed in the eaves, Cream leather bed settee, wardrobes and en-suite shower bathroom, door leading to private balcony and another door leading out to the large roof terrace.

The roof terrace is equipped with a big gas bar b q, table and chairs, sun beds and large sun shade and an extra special for families’ table football. The views from here are superb and look right across the surrounding countryside to the Monchique mountains and over to the West Coast and its elegant windmills.

This apartment is nothing short of luxurious and offers cost effective yet superbly comfortable accommodation for any family, due to its layout it is ideal for either two small families wishing to stay together or a family with perhaps Grandparents as well.

It offers a rare opportunity for large and extremely comfortable accommodation whilst offering all the facilities and companionship of an apartment complex.
Ideally located with the shared pool in front and the Jacuzzi at the side you can sit on your balcony and watch the children play safely with your glass in your hand.
