Villa Margarida
A perfect villa for your Algarve rental vacation. The villa is located in the hillside town of Sao Faustino,Loule - Central Algarve. The large 10m x 5m pool is perfect to relax by. Beautiful scenic gardens, shaded terraces and bbq areas offer an ideal space for quiet relaxation and al fresco dining. Quietly positioned, yet close to the activities of nearby beaches, resorts and golf clubs. South facing with superb wonderful views to the sea, this is your perfect spot. The Main Terrace
Patio doors from the lounge leads to a large covered terrace. This bbq terrace commands stunning wonderful views of the coast stretching for miles beneath you. What better place to sit watching the sun setting while sipping a cool drink or two. The above average size pool is set below the terrace and is the perfect place to unwind.

East Terrace
The Master double bedroom has a brand new luxury en suite bathroom and doors to its own terrace. A seperate dining or breakfast area for large groups.

The Villa has luxurious marble tiled floors throughout. All bedrooms are large, bright and airy with ample fitted cupboards. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The spacious living and dining room is welcoming with its beamed ceiling and log fire. Patio doors from the lounge leads to a large covered terrace. This barbecue terrace commands stunning panoramic views of the coast stretching for miles beneath you. What better place to sit watching the sun setting while sipping a cool drink or two. The above average size pool is set below the terrace and is the perfect place to unwind. We also supply one set of beach towels to reduce your luggage weight. A Safe is available for your valuables. A Welcome Hamper will be provided on arrival to start your great vacation. Cleaning and fresh linen is provided once per week and towels are changed twice a week.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double,3 twin and a cot, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a double sofa bed. This room gives up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 9 in the living room and 9 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
