This luxurious private villa is located in Balaia Golf ViIlage just ten mins to the attractive beaches of Praia Maria Luisa. The nine hole golf course and driving range is a short walk away. The comlpex has tennis courts, a spa and two wonderful restaurants. There is a supermarket and beauty salon which offer great value for money in the village.

The villa can be used as a base to go and explore the wonderful beaches and scenery that Algarve has to offer.

Things to do locally include sailing and BBQ cruises from Albufeira's great Marina, water sport & jet ski on Maria Luisa beach and go karting in Almancil, other attractions include Zoo Marine and Splash and Slide Lagoa and Aqua Land.

For shopping lovers, Shopping Algarve is located 20mins away in Guia and has all the top high street names.
