Villa Formosa is a attractive, large, modern family villa located in Vale Formoso which is twenty minutes from Faro Airport and ten minutes from the beach and golf courses, within easy reach of shops and restaurants without being in a tourist development.

Facilities
The villa has four large bedrooms, two king size bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, one sharing a bathroom with twin bedroom. One twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Large lounge with adjoining dining room. Wood burning fire. Satellitetelevision. Video and CD player. Part Air Conditioning. Patio doors to pool and garden. The new fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge.

Other features
The villa is in a third of an acre, surrounded by lawns and gardens. A west facing terrace along the length of the villa looks onto the swimming pool. The BBQ area is at the side of the pool with sun loungers and table and chairs overlooking the pool. In the evening enjoy the attractive sunset. Large roof sun terrace. Picturesque views over surrounding countryside. Response alarm and remote controlled electric gates. Maid service is provided mid week and end of week (Additional maid service available)
