Kitchen: Contemporary kitchen fitted in white units with marble worktops. Integral appliances includes dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, oven & hob. There is also a microwave, toaster & kettle plus lots of utensils, glasses & white china.
Living Rooms: Large lounge/diner with limestone open fireplace. Double patio doors lead onto terrace area. Furniture includes large sofa and three armchairs, dark wood coffee table and console table, glass dining table and six chairs. Flat screen television and a DVD.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels (not beach) and linen are included. The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and after your stay. Stays of one week plus will have a change of towels and linen at seven day intervals. We will happily quote for any additional requirements

Outside
Apartment has a patio with glass table and four chairs, which overlooks the shared pool and immaculate landscaped gardens. BBQ and sun loungers available too.
Coast/Beach
Praia Del Rey is on the beach. The sandy beaches are stunning with the Atlantic waves crashing against the rocks. The beach is just a 15 mins walk away.
Golf
Apartment is on the Praia Del Rey Golf and Beach Resort, which has been voted 13th best in Europe and is ranked 80th in the world.
Special interest holidays
There is a tennis academy and a football academy on the resort. At peak times there is also a great Adventure Club. Nearby is the Obidos Lagoon for water sports and Peniche, famous for its surfing. There are two body boards availble for use at the apartment.
Travel
The nearest airport is Lisbon, which with the new A8 motorway is just 50 minutes from the resort. Alternatively Porto and Faro are about a 3hr drive away.
Distances
Obidos, a walled medieval city, is about 15 mins away by car. Peniche, a fishing village with many seafood restaraunts is about ten minutes away. Nearest town is Caldas Das Rainhas which is approx. 20 mins away and the magical city of Lisbon is just 50 mins away by car.
