Villa Santa Anna
Villa St. Anna is located in between three villages, Marsascala, Marsaxlokk and Zejtun. It is located in a quiet and secluded area yet just a few minutes away from all facilities.
The property has all facilities yet is not excessively large and offers comfort and relaxation. All bedrooms as well as the Kitchen dining area and the living area are all air conditioned.
Car transportation is a necessity even though public transport passes nearby, ideally two small cars would be rented instead of a people carrier (owner can arrange hire at favourable rates and make airport arrangements) this would allow flexibility and easier car parking in the main touristic areas.

Villages and towns close by.
Villa st. Anna is located in between three major locations, Marsascala, Marsaxlokk and Zejtun.

Marsascala is a typical seaside town, there are all necessities including a supermarket, pharmacy, car rentals , public transport and restaurants and shops, a attractive promenade ideal for evening strolls as well as night clubs and bars that offer free big screen football viewing.

Marsaxlokk is the last typical fishing village in Malta, it is five minutes away from Villa St.Anna. It is a very quiet village where fisherman work out and prepare their nets on the waters edge. In Marsaxlokk there is an open market every day, with a huge open market on sundays. There are also a number of restaurants mostly specializing in sea food, some of which are very good and quiet cheap. Marsaxlokk is also perfect for relaxing walks or a nice swim.

Zejtun is five minutes away, one of the oldest cities of the island known as " Citta Beland" it has a typical maltese village layout with a large church at the centre of the village and many shops and band clubs. It is quiet a site to see and the church is magnificent and worth viewng. In Zejtun one finds all necessary emenities. In Zejtun one find Barbetta Bakery which makes typical old type pastries.

The house has a fireplace with an electric fire ( to avoid child injuries) parking space is readily available the 4th bedroom has access to a large roof terrace that faces east.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double,3 twin and a cot, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a double sofa bed located in the Living Area. This room gives up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

jennifer says: "bernard was great villa was lovely had everything we needed, we went over as a party of 7 adults and there was plenty of space we never felt as though we were untop of one another. The villa is not in a central location which suited us fine with a car but on the last night we wanted to go for drinks we couldnt get a cab into town "it was broken down" so one of us drove in thinking we would be able to get one home it was still broken and a very nice local gave us a lift dont know if this is always a problem. overall fab house we had a great trip and would return, thank you bernard "
