The inside
The interior offers comfortable, large open-plan living with a large living room, dining room with kitchen area and a fire place, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, and two shower bathrooms.
The outside
A large terracotta terrace overlookis the garden and land with views across the Tuscan hills. This sunny terrace is equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella for outdoor dining.
A large part of the land is an olive grove.
There is a large irregular shaped swimming pool (11 x five meters - 1.20 - 2.10 deep) that seems to fit into the surrounding landscape.
There is a good restaurant in Stigliano about a mile away, a pleasant walk away on a summers evening.
A good selection of shops, bars and a restaurant can be found in Rosia which is five kms away.
A chef service is available at the villa for 20 euros per hour, plus food.
The property is reached by a short unmade road through the olive grove, which is not suitable for low slung vehicles.
