Villa Margherita is a lovely restored farmhouse whose terrace enjoys breathtaking wonderful views of the Florentine hills and the olive groves that surrounds it.
Only 600 meters from the Restaurant at Fattoria degli Usignoli where one can go horseriding (payable locally). The nearest village, San Donato, is just 800m away and has a small supermarket, restaurants, post office, a bar. The larger village of Reggello is four miles (6km) away. With a direct train service operating from St Ellero, four miles (6km) away, Villa Margherita is ideally located for visits to Florence and the Arezzo region in a day.

A flight of stairs leads to the entrance door and into a large lounge with a television and cosy sofas and armchairs clustered around the fireplace. The separate dining room opens out onto a balcony with table and chairs where you can eat al fresco. The stylish kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, oven/grill, 4-ring hob and dishwasher.
