Appartment in Holiday Villa. Pool is to be shared with the owner of villa.
Casa Salvatore is a large apartment set inside a attractive villa with pool at a very short drive from the sea. The apartment is set on the ground floor of the main villa where live the owners of the property. The apartment is very nice. The context is luxury and charming. The superb pool (12 x six meters). The stunning views of Golfo of Mondello that you you can enjoy from the terrace of the pool. The garden of the villa: full of palm trees, olive trees and other Mediterranean plants.
The apartment is in any case nice and completely furnished. It’s composed by a living room with kitchen corner, two double bed rooms, one single room and two bathrooms. The apartment has at its disposal a wide outdoor area protected by a big sunshine parasol where to eat outside with bbq corner. The apartment is set at Partanna Mondello at 1,5 km from the famous fisherman village of Mondello. Mondello is a village set at five km from Palermo famous for its long and wonderful white sandy beach and for its seafood and fish restaurant at just five km from Palermo.
For lovers of rocky beach at two km there is fisherman village of Sferracavallo famous for the attractive colour of the sea and for seafruit and fish restaurant.
The pool is in use from the 1st May tol to 31st October.
Casa Salvatore is the ideal location to visit the beauties that west Sicily offer to visitors. A strategic place for short hops to Palermo, Monreale, Cefalù, , the villas of Bagheria and the archaeological sites of Segesta and Solunto.
Electricity is included up to 300 kw for week. Extra consumption will be payed locally 0.20 euro for kw. A normal use of air conditioning (about eight hours for day) will not mean an extra cost for you. If you make air conditoning working all more than eight hours you will have to pay probably an extra cost.
